At Dr. Joints (operated by Israelites Shopping Network), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@drjoints.in with your order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product as per the return policy below.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or partially used, unless the product is defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@drjoints.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to our address once approved. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when raising the return request.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
